VISTA....PSP 9 and plug ins?

I use PSP 9....I have VISTA....Can someone please tell me which dll's I need to get my plug in's to work and WHERE they go?
Where do I get them at? Be specific please.

That looked like it was just talking about FILTER FACTORY PLUGS INS to me...
Did I miss something here?

I have been told by many people that you have to have certain dll files put in a certain folder on your computer to get plug ins to work in PSP 9 and if you have VISTA.....

Non-FilterFactory plugins install all necessary dlls themselves. So what other plugins are you talking about?
