Ive been searching for this
C:\Windows\SysWow64\.
but cant find it. I got a System 32 and a system file. Where do i put this dll????

If you do not have a SysWOW64 sub folder in your Windows folder, then you are not using a 64-bit version of Windows. In such a case please put it into the System32 folder.
