Looking for filter that makes photo look like a video image

HELP! Anyone!

I am looking for advice or recommendations on where I can get a Adobe Photoshop filter that will make my photos look like a video image or so it appears as if the image was photographed from a tv or computer monitor.

Thanks in advance for any information anyone can offer!

I guess you want to produce some kind of interlaced look. There some freeware and commercial plugins availabel for that purpose. The most sophisticated is the Television plugin from Xenofex (www.alienskin.com).[/list]
