I have downloaded and unzipped PhotoFreebies; please tell me where in Adobe Photoshop CS to find these plug-ins to determine if they are installed, and for me to begin using them (especially the plug-in to improve histograms).

You have to install them into the Plug-Ins sub folder inside the Photoshop CS folder. If you already installed them somewhere else, you can also copy the .8bf files to the Plug-Ins folder.

After restarting Photoshop they will appear on the Filter > PhotoWiz menu.
