batch conversion in photoshop CS

Does anyone know of a pluggin that will let me do a batch conversion that converts image files to web resolution? rather than doing 100 files one by one.

please help

You don't need a plugin for that. Just record an action that resizes an image to your prefered resolution. Then use that action with File > Automate > Batch.
