compatibility of edge effect plug-ins

Do Photoshop plug-ins like Edge and Frame Galaxy work with Photoshop Elements?

Most plugins should work in Photoshop Elements. You can use Edge & Frame Galaxy in Photoshop Elements, too.

But Edge & Frame Galaxy does not contain a plugin yet, it consists only of edge and frame image files, so it can be used in almost all image applications. For Photoshop Elements you just need to read the Photoshop instructions in the HTML manual.
