Help and advice on hourly pricing

Postby Paul Ashington » Wed Nov 10, 2004 1:48 pm

Hi I wondered are there any sites that offer Help and advice guides on hourly pricing for design work or is there people here that could give me what they usually charge in the UK for hourly rates to their clients.

The reason I ask this is because I am looking /researching going into business and do not want to undercut/degrade the competition.

Many Thanks
Paul

hi paul, all you can do is charge what you are worth. IT is not like buying a washing machine when different shops charge different prices for the same item, yours is a one off item. Best of luck.

Thanks for reply, I think I now know where I have to with regards pricing after speaking to a few designers etc.
