Which msvcrt.dll for which plugin?

Is there a way to know which MSVCRT*.DLL is necessary for a given plugin? I.e., by the year of the plugin's release?

(I don't need info about Adobe's plugin.dll; I have that info.)

Msvcrt10.dll is only needed by FilterFactory plugins. FilterFactory plugins can be recognized by their zoomless preview, up to eight sliders with a triangular knob and a file size of 49,152 or 56,344 bytes.

which need msvcrt20.dll?
and which need msvcrt40.dll?
I've got all of them in my Windows/System folder, but I'd like to know which dll goes with which of my plugins. Thanks again.

I don't know of any plugin that needs them, but some applications may need them.
