animatable pluggins

Can anyone please tell me which Photoshop pluggins can make movies
like some of the filters in KPT 6 ?

I only know the KPT plugins that can create AVI files.

If you want to produce cool animated effects, I recommend you to use Adobe After Effects which is a full featured animation application. There are a lot of animatable plugins available for it.
