Little Ink Pot free plug in

it is nice to be back on this site. I have just downloaded Little Ink Pot Free Plug ins . I just want toknow if this is compatible with Adobe CS2 . If so how can I use it? thanks

You need to copy or install it into the Plug-Ins sub folder of the Photoshop folder. Then it will appear on the Filter menu in Photoshop.
