Yes, it is possible. The ColorWasher manual includes detailed instructions on the "Cloak Mode" page (See http://thepluginsite.com/products/photowiz/colorwasher/Manual/cloakmode.htm).

To make ColorWasher batch process with one of the Auto buttons, click that Auto button before you enter Cloak Mode. ColorWasher will then use this Auto feature when batch process the images.
