help please plugins

all of my plugins that have the 8bf at the end of them have quit woking. Showing in my effects in PSP 8 but get that there are missing files or not installed correctly. Most of these I have had a long time and used with no problem. I did have to have my computer reformated recently and this is the first time I have tried them since. I checked and the dlld needed are in my sytem folder. I use IE 7. any ideas How to get them working again.

I have vista 64 bit system, I recently purchased psp x2, I'm having trouble getting Distort plugin to work. I've d/l it, installed it and keeping getting message its not installed properly or something is missing. I've have msvcrt10.dll and plugin.dll and its still isn't working. I alway have a laptop with XP and the plugin works on it. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please copy msvcrt10.dll and plugin.dll into the Windows\SysWOW64 folder.
