Photos with such
fine bright highlights usually received ugly halos when
sharpened with other tools.
FocalBlade manages
to sharpen the sparkles impressively without producing unwanted
side-effects.
A nice portrait of a little
girl.
FocalBlade
smoothed the girl's skin and at the same time it sharpened
the hairs, eyes, mouth and the fur. All of it without using
any selection or mask. The preset "Portrait Sharpen" was used here.

The "Local
Contrast Sharpen 2" preset amplified the ripples effectively.
A photos with a
lot of small details in the plants and building and with
larger details in the car.
The standard settings
of FocalBlade emphasized many of the small as well as large
details in the photos without oversharpeing the sky area.
This photo contains
a sharp foreground and a blured background.
After applying FocalBlade's Adaptive Radius method with
radius values between 0.1 and 16 pixels fine details became
more visible and the local contrast was enhanced at the
same time.

of a lemon.
The fine structure
of the lemon skin was enhanced with FocalBlade. The Fix
> Halo > White Peak slider was set to zero to enhance
the highlights on the left side of the photo.
