Can be used to adjust the perspective of objects that were pasted as layers on top of a image, Nice to play with

Cons:

The buttons can't be used to do precise rotations and there are no text boxes for entering precise values, When applied to a transparent layer you don't see the background which makes it hard to adjust the perspective, Clumsy zoom slider
|

Perspective is a nice tool to play with, but for proffessional usage it is too unprecise. Its usage field could be much broader than it is now.
