Plugin Galaxy offers filters for creating incredible textures and patterns and filters for generating effects not found in other packages. It contains so many different effect types that it takes hours and hours to explore them all.
The filter plugins have multiple sliders to control effects, a preview coordinate and a help button. Uncluttered, very easy to use with a preview of the chosen effect. Excellent. Rendering is "warp drive" fast.

Plugin Galaxy is a cool plugin that works with a big variety of software. It contains 20 PhotoShop compatible plugins with over 120 different effects. Each plugin interface is fun and easy to use. As a matter of fact, it is downright addicting to play with. You can use the presets, or use the sliders and check boxes to create some of your own effects.
