How can I convert a RGB image into a B/W image that is comprised of thousands of tiny dots that simulate a very old book illustration like this

Thanks Harald! Flaming Pear's India Ink is exactly what I was looking for. It turns the image to a b/w engraving and when I add Cybia's MasterBlaster to turn the black dots to blue, it gives the image a Delft-Bleu image look to transfer to a ceramic tile. Thanks again.
