The Plugin Site

Am having trouble getting PSCS3 to recognize these plugins on Win 10. Have installed them directly into PSCS3 plugin folder to no avail and also into another plugin folder created in MY Documents and then pointing the app to the folder to no avail. Anyone have any suggestion as to how to get PSCS3 on Win 10 to recognize these filters?

Does the plugin file have the .8bf extension? Maybe you need msvcrt10.dll to make it work. See
