Sorry, but each Photoshop installation only supports one installation. There is probably no Korean version of Photoshop available. If Photoshop doesn't let you select a Korean Font (that is installed in your system) from the text tool, you won't be able do anything about it.
Please use another software in that case, preferable a Korean software.
