can i add other filters to the gallery ?

You can add plugins to Photoshop by installing them into the Plug-Ins subs folder of the Photoshop folder. For an overview please go to www.thepluginsite.com/resources/

sorry .... but i meant the actual filter gallery in cs .where u can pre.. know what i mean ????

Sorry, you can't add any other plugins to the Filter Gallery. Only those included with Photoshop CS are viewable there.
