The Plugin Site

I have this plugin in My Documents/PSP files/Plugins and also in the Corel PSP folder in EN/Plugins.
This plugin does not show up in my Plugin list. How do I make it to show up? I'm running Windows 8.1 and never had problems withs these old plugins before.

You need the Filters Unlimited plugin in order to use the Bkg Designer effects. Unfortunately the website of Filters Unlimited is closed down, so this plugins is not sold anymore.
