reducing grain in after effects

I have a clip that I've had to boost - this has also caused a huge amount of grain. I'm having trouble getting rid of this grain with any of the plugins I have....any suggestions??

The "Selective Blur" plugin from Photoshop is quite nice to reduce grain. However, I don't know if it will work in After Effects.
Otherwise try a slight Blur or Median effects followed by a Unsharp Mask.
