What is a browser?

I had ordered Colorwasher and was told to copy and paste a link in my browser. Can someone please explain to me how to copy and paste a link into a browser.

Select the link with the mouse (click and drag to see a blue background indicating selection), hit Ctrl + C, open your browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox) and hit Ctrl + V on the address field (the long white field under the menus/tools).
Note that you only have to copy and paste the link if the link isn't clickable.
