8BF from Photoshop Under Premiere 6.5

Hello!
I wtite 8bf plugin which perfect work under Photoshop 7.0
(using SDK from 6.0 Photoshop)
But when i tried use it under Premier 6.5 it dont work
1) I put effect from "video effects tab" to my video line
2) Settings Dialog pop-up
3) Preview work and all fine
4) But when i pressed Apply button NO was added new effect to "Effects Controls"

What i need to do for compatibility with Premiere Application?

The Photoshop SDK includes instructions about how to make .8bf plugins compatible with Premiere. I never tried it myself, so I'm no big help for this problem.
