I am also using Adobe Reader 7 for Windows and I have no problem to print the ContrastMaster PDF manual here. So I am not sure what your problem is.
Maybe updating to Adobe Reader 9 would help. You can also try the free Foxit Reader from http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php
