The other day I ordered the Photo Whiz Bundle. I have an older MAC PC and by accident, when I placed the order, I had not selected the right PC version. So, when I went to download the software, my computer did not recognize it!
So, I sent an email to the site, and Harald responded within 15 minutes. He checked it out and found that I had made the wrong selection. Another 15 minutes after that he had responded and sent me the proper compatible software that downloaded just fine.
I had just wanted to say a big "thank you" and how pleased I was by his quick assistance to my query and now I am having fun learning about it.
This is great customer service and I felt that this should be fully endorsed!
