spiral warp/marbled paper effect preset

Hello

I have created the effect pictured in the image below many times using Plugin Galaxy but have been unable to remember where to find the preset or recipe for the very simple effect. I can't remember how the effect was achieved and it might even be a standard preset that comes with plugin galaxy

Does anyone have any idea how to recreate this same effect or where to find the preset?

It looks very much like the Warp > Web effect with the "Y Wave" slider set to zero and a high Intensity slider value.
