The problem is that B/W Styler doesn't get enough memory if you set the Memory Usage setting in Photoshop too high. In Photoshop please go to Edit > Preferences > Performance, reduce the value of the Memory Usage and restart Photoshop.
The next version of B/W Styler will probably detect if this problem occurs and display these instructions. An even later version may even eliminate the need for readjusting the Memory Usage setting.
