"Flash Player 20.0.0.267 for Internet Explorer" crashes FilterHub or makes it displays a blank white window. To check your version number of "Flash Player for Internet Explorer" run Internet Explorer and go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
To fix the problem:
Under Windows XP, Vista and 7 please, run Internet Explorer (not Firefox, Chrome or any other browser) and go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to install the latest version of Flash Player.
Under Windows 8 and 10 you either have to wait for the next Flash Player update from Microsoft, which is installed via Windows Update, or you have to uninstall the following Windows update from the Control Panel:
Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB3132372)
to remove the buggy Flash Player 20.0.0.267. If you uninstall it, better not use Internet Explorer for surfing the web until a new Flash Player update is installed by Windows Update.
