I have done all of this that you have here but it still will not even come out here is the error I got

Please try deleting the registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\PiCo10
and run it again.

I fixed it by uninstalling internet explorer 9 it has a lot of bugs they need to fix it ... it works fine now thank you so much
