For the past few weeks, my program does not run correctly.

It takes almost 24 hours for the plugins to fully download, and while I can turn filters on and off, if I try to change their location, the program shuts down.

I tried the registry fix error posted before, and that at least got me this far (before it I could not even enable or disable them).

Please try uninstalling Plugin Commander and reinstalling it into a new folder. Maybe the installation got somehow corrupted.

I'm not sure what you exactly means with "if I try to change their location, the program shuts down." Do you try to copy a plugin from one folder to another in Plugin Commander?
