plugin not in my photoshop progarm

Post by crowolf »

Hello people.
I have a problem...
I downloaded a plug-in and did what I was told; putting the plug-in into its own folder in the plug in folder then I restarted the program and the plugin does not show. The download is Harry's filters 3.
Can anyone please help me.

Harrys Filters shows up on the "The Plugin Site" sub menu of the Filter menu. Did you look there?

Well... I don't know...
I clicked everything on the screen in the Photoshop elements 2 program. I do not see a sub pallet any where that has to do with plug-ins.
What's worse is I do not see a menu or sub menu in the elements program titled "The plugin Site".
Maybe I'm a dumb...but ...

Plugins are listed on the Filter menu in Elements. Please look there for "The Plugin Site" sub menu.

Did you double click the downloaded file of Harrys Filters to run the installer? Or did you just copy the downloaded file into your plugin folder?

Harrys Filters is packaged with an installer that need to be run. During installation you need to choose the plugins sub folder of the Elements folder.
