B\W Styler problem

Post by eatswood »

good morning,

following a false try, B\W Styler open with the picture deal in BLACK AND WHITE...

Despite reading the manual, can you please tell me how to return to the original picture in color... to treat with this module.

Thank you for your help (I am French)

best regards

eatswood.

After you applied B/W Styler you can get back to the original image by using the Undo function of the host application.

B\W Styler problem

Hello Harald and everyone !

My knowledges in English dating back to the years 60, I have difficulties to assimilate, in détail, all the manuals PHOTOWIZ..

Only BW STYLER is a big problem for me.

As I had mentionned earlier, when I open BW, the original picture is in black and white...

I have made "RESET" on all modules. NOTHING DONE !!!

I have on the desk: PHOTOGRAPHY MODE (starting mode of correction, if I understood the manual)
FILM: (for example: Adox CHS 50
PAPER GRADE: (" PAPER GRADE 2 normal)

all others modules; film grain, ND filters, etc are: NONE

You have previously indicated that the original back to the first colored picture from BW STYLER was the key UNDO of the host application...

WHERE is the host application to cancel erroneous undertaken various settings?

thank you for your answer.

cordially.

I think we had a small misunderstanding here. B/W Styler by default turns color images to black and white. That is why it is called "B/W Styler" and not "Color Styler".

I suspect that you want to make some color reappear in certain image areas. To do that you need to switch to the "Selective B/W" mode and click on one of the icons. Then you can click on the preview to select another color and use the slider to adjust the effect.
