Are the PhotoWiz Plugins compatible with CS4?

Yes, with the 32bit version of Photoshop CS4. 64bit versions will be available next year.

I tried installing some plugins for my CS4 Photoshop but it didnt work. What will I do?

What exactly does not work? Do they not show up in Photoshop? You need to make sure that the .8bf files is located in the Plug-Ins sub folder of the Photoshop folder.
