PSP 9 Plug in folder not there?

ok i reformatted my computer with windows vista i had xp on it. i got my psp 9 to load but there is no plug in folder for me to load plug ins so i don't even know if the plug ins will work if i don't have a folder to place them. Can someone help me fix this problem purday please

But how did you do it with your plugins under XP? You basically have to do the same thing under Vista.

You can either store the plugins in the plugins sub folder of the PSP folder or you can store them somewhere else and point PSP to it under File > Preferences > File Locations > Plugins.
