Thumbnail Images Missing In Paint Shop Pro 9

Hi,

I was running a Dutch PSP9 version on Windows 10 and all was well.
But now all of a sudden, the thumbnails of new files are no longer visible in the browser. I can see them when I use the file, open, way to open a file but not in the PSP browser. I also could not update the thumbnails in the Dutch version.
I de-installed and installed the program several times but no luck. Still no thumbnails of the new files.
After that I installed the English version and with that version I can see the new thumbnails and update them.

Does anybody know what could be wrong with the Dutch PSP9 and how I can fix this?
