Unfortunately, Flash Player 27.0.0.170 and 27.0.0.183 crash FilterHub under Windows 8 and 10. So you need to switch to the old Flash Player 27.0.0.130 version until Microsoft provides a newer fixed version of Flash Player with a system update. Alternatively you can also uninstall FilterHub.
You have to uninstall the following Windows updates from Settings > Update & security > Windows Update > Update history > Uninstall updates:
Security update for Adobe Flash Player (KB 4049179)
Update for Adobe Flash Player (KB 4051613)
If you uninstall them, better not use Internet Explorer for surfing the web until a new Flash Player update is installed by Windows Update.

Please notice that Windows 8/10 may reinstall the faulty Flash Player without notifying you. In such a case you have to manually uninstall it again.
