Where do I install the Commander?? I installed it into my documents..Cause where you download it..It never told where to install it at.. :( ..
Now I can't even open it..It won't let me.. :x

As Plugin Commander is an application you have to install it where you install all your other applications. Usually it is the Program Files folder.
