ABOUT THE PLUGIN SITE

Dear Reader,

With Elements 7 and Photoshop CS4 almost ready to launch September seems to become an exiting month as far as product releases are concerned. We already released our latest ContrastMaster plugin in August and now updated it to Version 1.01. We also plan to release minor updates of our ColorWasher and FocalBlade plugins within the next months and started working on Version 2 of the PhotoFreebies. For more news see below.

Kindest regards,
Harald Heim

CONTRASTMASTER 1.01 FOR WINDOWS: Bug Fixes and German Localization
-----------------------------------
Version 1.01 of ContrastMaster contains various bug fixes that previously produced artifacts, dark results or crashes. These problems occured when using the Speedup checkbox, the Equalize slider or Stretch slider under certain conditions. The dialog and interactive help texts of ContrastMaster are now also available in German language. Additionally the Plugin Installer supports four new applications and correctly installs plugins into the German version of Photoshop CS2 and CS3. Registered users will receive the update within 24 hours by email.

THE PLUGIN SITE UPDATES: New PhotoWiz Forums
-----------------------------------

PhotoWiz forum was split up into a PhotoWiz General forums and five forums for each of the five Photowiz plugins. This makes it easier to find posts related to a certain PhotoWiz plugin. Each PhotoWiz product page now links to its specific forum. Thanks to Don for the suggestion!

Photoshop Plugins Problem
Chummy wrote: "... I've numerous plug-ins and found these do not all appear in either PSE or PS. As you suggested I moved the plug-ins to a separate folder, pointed to that folder and restarted PS, however they still do not all appear in the plug-ins list. Does anyone else have a solution, apart from culling plug-ins?"

Grayed Out Plugins
